Company Profile

Please make sure all the below steps are complete, to move to the next. The ones in bold are mandatory.



  • Basic information
    • Company name (100 characters)
    • Company website
    • Country code and phone number
    • Founded in (Year)
    • About Company: This section should provide a succinct overview of the organization, encompassing its mission and core values, a brief history highlighting key milestones, the team and leadership, a clear description of its products or services, notable achievements, customer focus, and a glimpse into its future vision, all while maintaining a tone and style consistent with the company's brand identity and engaging the reader's interest.
    • Your company's Mission and Vision
    • LinkedIn profile link
    • Twitter(X) profile link
    • Logo: Max image size 200KB. Multiple images cannot be uploaded at a time
    • Company web banner: Max image size 200KB. Multiple images cannot be uploaded at a time (Sample logo and company web banner shown below)
  • Company Locations
    • Operating countries: Add the countries you are operating from, or simply check the "Operating Worldwide" toggle to say you operate globally
  • Video Gallery
    • Add videos to showcase your skills. You can add URLs from any video hosting website, as long as the link is public. (20 videos max)
  • Media Gallery
    • Add any images of the services you provide here if needed. (Max image size 200KB and 10 images max)
  • URL Directory
    • Add links to where your company has been listed. E.g. Capterra.com

Additional areas for accountants and bookkeeper (AB) version of the portal

  • Affiliations: This refers to the professional organizations that you are a part of
  • List Of Awards: The company won recognitions and achievements
  • Partner Status: This refers to the status your company has earned by assisting clients and software implementations


Specialization

Please add the software that your team specializes in by clicking the add button. You are welcome to request additional softwares to be listed based on your preferences if they are not listed in our directory.

Note: When a software request is added, it immediately appears in the user's Specialization so they can continue working. Once approved by the Coachbar team, the software becomes available for other users.

Once you have added your preferred softwares, you can click the pencil button to edit the description at any given time.



Additional areas for accountants and bookkeeper (AB) version of the portal


You can add any certifications to relevant software by simply clicking on the icon and adding the title and logo.




If you want to remove a certificate, simply click the "X" button on its thumbnail.



Additionally, if you are an authorized reseller, you can also enable the toggle.



System Grid

Let's see how we can create a system grid. The softwares you selected in the previous step will be selected as part of a system grid. You can choose to customize it or create a new system grid.


After clicking the "Create System Grid" button, you will be directed to a page where you can begin building your system grid. The Core software would be the main platform you use to do most of your tasks. This is a mandatory field.



Here is an illustration of a system grid featuring a Software consultant who specializes in implementing eCommerce, accounting, and manufacturing software for businesses in need of these services.



If you're unable to locate the software you need, you can request it to be added.

Once created, hit save. You can create multiple system grids that showcase your business's capabilities and help SMBs choose the correct partner to implement. When ready, you can hit the publish button. Once published, the configured grid will move from the "Saved" tab to the "Published" tab.



Once you created your system grids, every software you have already added to a system grid will have a message that says "View in system Grid" in the specilization page under your company name.



You can also add your specialized software directly from the specialization page to a system grid.

Adding services your team can offer.


Click the "Add New Service" button to add your services while checking the industries you are familiar with. If the industry you are in is not mentioned in our list, you are able to request it.


Enter your service name, select the category, and add a description of what is offered with the service.



When adding your services, you are able to add the pricing for it based on the options we have given in the dropdown, making it easier for SMBs to choose. You can choose your pricing model, and pricing type, and then enter the cost of the service with the currency of your choice.



We offer the below pricing models as options.


  • Fixed price
  • Hourly rate
  • Daily rate
  • Project-based price
  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription
  • Custom quote
  • Per user pricing


Below is an example of setting up an hourly rate pricing structure. Once you have selected the pricing model, we can select the pricing type as a range, fixed value, a starting value, or simply not mentioning the rate.


If "Range" is selected, we can specify your typical hourly charges so that the SMB will get an idea of your minimum versus maximum hourly rate. If "Fixed value" is selected, you are able to enter one fixed hourly rate and save it.

Adding your existing clients. Click the "New" button and fill in your existing client details. Max logo size 200KB.




ICP (Ideal Customer profile)


Creating an ICP involves analyzing your existing customer base and market research to identify common characteristics and traits among your most successful and satisfied customers.


Click on "Add ICP" and you will be able to fill in the required details. We have categorized business details as shown below: 

  • Project Budget
  • Service Category
  • Waiting Time
  • Company Revenue
  • Project Duration
  • System Grid
  • Current Applications Stack
  • Industry
  • Country
  • Company Size
  • Deployment


Based on the categories that determine your compatibility, you can drag and position them as needed. You can add a maximum of 10 ICPs.
