This is a form where clients who visit your directory can ask for your help in finding the best partner to connect with and setup their system. This form is fully customizable, where you can drag fields from the "Form" option and add it to your form.

Upon submitting a request through your matchmaking form, it will be registered as a referral in ChannelBoost.

Partner Application Form

In the same manner, you have the option to set up the partner application form, allowing partners to make requests through your portal. Any requests submitted by partners through the form will be displayed in the "Partners Acquisition" section.
