In this article, we will discuss the process of managing your providers within the ChannelBoost partner portal.
Invitations
The Invitation Tab helps Software Providers (SP) invite Partners to work together on the ChannelBoost platform. When an SP wants to collaborate with a Partner, they send an invitation. If the Partner doesn’t already have an account, the invitation allows them to create one. Partners invited by SPs are considered trusted and reliable, so they get extra benefits, like the Guest Plan. This plan lets their profiles appear in the Coachbar directory for free, helping them get noticed and connect with more opportunities. This feature makes it easier for SPs and Partners to work together and ensures that only trusted Partners are part of the platform.
Receiving Invitations
When you receive an invitation, you’ll get notifications through:
- Email Notification
- Internal Notification via the Bell Icon
