To create an automation rule, navigate to the automation tab and select "Create Automation.
Selecting this option opens another page where automation can be created using Coachbar’s provided templates or from scratch.

- If the condition is false, the system assigns the lead to a staff member for further handling.
Additional actions or conditions can be added as needed.
After configuring all necessary elements, ensure the automation is saved and marked as active.
Once automation rules are activated, the logs tab can be used to monitor workflow execution and troubleshoot any issues.
