Handling Offers

Offers

The Offers tab allows you to create and manage promotional offers that are displayed in the TechPartner Directory, helping them work closely with Software Providers. Partners can add, edit, and track offers that complement integration, making it easier for them to showcase valuable services like setup assistance or consultation. These offers are visible in the TechPartner Directory, which increases their exposure to potential clients.


The process is simple: partners can submit their offers for review by Software Providers, who can approve or adjust them. With features like search, filters, and status tracking, partners can keep track of their offers easily and make changes when needed. This feature encourages collaboration, ensures offers are up-to-date, and helps both partners and providers provide better services to customers. It strengthens the overall system, making it a great platform for managing both integrations and related services.


Create and Publish Offers

  • Use the Add Offer button to draft a new promotional offer.
  • Once submitted, the relevant software provider will receive a notification for review and approval.
  • Upon approval, the offer becomes visible in the TechPartner Directory.




Manage Existing Offers

  • Edit and view existing offers using the Edit or View Offer Details options.
  • Preview how your offer appears in the directory with the Preview on Directory feature.




Review and approve an offer created by a Provider.

When a provider creates an offer, you will be notified via email and through the bell icon (depending on your notification settings). The offer will have a "Pending Request" status.



To review and approve or reject the offer:



  1. View the Offer: Click the three dots action icon and select View Offer Details to see the full offer.
  2. Preview the Offer: To check how the offer will appear on the directory, click Preview on Directory.


Once you’re on the offer’s details page, you will see the Approve and Reject buttons:



  • Approve: If you click the Approve button, the offer’s status will change to To Be Published. You can then confirm if it is ready for publishing or integration approval. A notification will be sent to the software provider to inform them of your approval.


  • Reject: If you click the Reject button, the offer’s status will change to Rejected. A notification will be sent to the software provider indicating the rejection.
