My Tech Partners
The "My Tech Partners" section allows users to view, edit, and manage their technology partners effectively.
Page Overview
- Page Title: "My Tech Partners"
- Fields in the Table:
- Search: Find specific partners.
- Status: Current status of the partner (e.g., Active, Draft, Inactive).
- Company: Name of the partner company.
- Create Date: Date the partner was added.
- Offer Types: Types of offers associated with the partner.
- Reordering Columns: An icon at the right-hand side of the table allows users to customize the column order.

Tech Partner Onboarding
The Tech Partners module is designed to support a self-registration model via the Partner Application form. This ensures that each partner provides accurate and complete information directly through a standardized intake process.
Self-Initiated Registration
All Tech Partners are expected to submit their details using the Partner Application form. This user-driven approach promotes data integrity and reduces administrative overhead.
- Partner Application Form: Accessible via a public-facing link, allowing prospective partners to register at their convenience.
- Review & Approval Workflow: Submitted applications enter a review process where they are assessed and published if approved.
- Status Indicators & Filters: Easily track pending, approved, or declined applications using the status indicators and filter options within the “My Tech Partners” view.
Email Invitations
While bulk imports are not supported, system users can still initiate outreach to potential partners:
- Send Invitations: Use the “Send Invitations” button to email a link to the Partner Application form.
- Custom Messaging: Select from predefined email templates or compose a personalized message.
- Tracking: Monitor invitation delivery and response status to follow up as needed.
This process supports a streamlined, self-managed onboarding workflow that aligns with the goal of maintaining a clean, partner-submitted directory.
Adding a Tech Partner
Add Tech Partner: Click the "Add Tech Partner" button to open the configuration interface.
Click “Add Tech Partner” and the below tab appears
Step 1: Configuration
- Tech Partner Name: Mandatory field to enter the partner's name.
- Partner Name or Company Name: One of these fields must be filled. "Partner Name" is a dropdown list, while "Company Name" allows direct entry.
Note: In the "Add Tech Partner" configuration, after selecting a partner, if the partner has an associated name, the user can choose that specific partner name. If a partner name is not available, the user can select a company name. Even though the company name may not be directly linked to a partner name, an existing company connected to the partner can be chosen.
- Tech Partner Logo: Mandatory field to upload the partner’s logo.
- Tech Partner Hero Image/Video: Mandatory field for a featured image or video. Alternatively, users can provide a link in the Link to Video field.
- Category: Mandatory dropdown list allowing multiple selections for categorizing the partner.

- Short Description: Auto-filled based on the Tech Partner Name.
- Description: Optional field for additional details about the partner.

Step 2: Pricing & Offers
Trial Availability: Toggle field. If enabled, a "Trial URL" field appears for users to provide a link.
- Pricing Options: Includes a table with the following fields:
- Option Name
- Price
- Short Description
- Features: Add multiple features by clicking the "+Add More" button.
- Buy Now URL
- Preview Pricing: Allows users to view how pricing information will appear.
Offers: Enables the creation of special offers for integrations and services.
Add Offer: Click "+Add Offer" to create a new offer.
Select Type: Mandatory field to choose between "Product" and "Service."
If "Service" is selected, a "Partner Company" field appears for choosing the relevant company.
Offer Title: Mandatory field for naming the offer.
Short Description: Optional field for brief details.
Valid Offer Period: Define the "Start Date" and "End Date."
Discount: Specify the discount percentage.
Offer Link: Provide a URL for claiming or accessing the offer.
Note: The "Offer" can also be included on the main page of the "My Tech Partners" section.
Save & Publish
Once all necessary fields are completed, users can click Save & Publish to make the partner and its details live. A preview option is also available to review the setup before finalizing.
