Overview

The Tech Partners Directory is designed to streamline the management and customization of technology partnerships. This feature provides tools to configure URLs, customize pages, manage partner listings, and create tailored offers for partner integrations. Additionally, the directory serves as a strategic asset for technology partners and SMBs, offering high-quality lead generation, co-branded marketing opportunities, and seamless integration solutions. Below is a detailed breakdown of its features and functionalities.


URLs

This section enables users to configure the subdomain and related links for their Tech Partners Directory. It is divided into two parts: Directory and Other URLs.

Directory

  • Directory Sub-domain: This mandatory field allows users to enter their company name. A unique subdomain URL is generated and displayed in light text below the input field. This URL serves as the entry point for accessing the Tech Partners Directory.

Other URLs

The following optional fields allow users to link additional policies:

  • Terms of Use URL: Link to the terms of service.

  • Privacy Policy URL: Link to the privacy policy.

  • Cookies Policy URL: Link to the cookies policy.

Favicon

  • Favicon Upload: A mandatory field to upload the company logo. The logo is used as the favicon, ensuring brand visibility and consistency in browser tabs.

Customize Pages

This section allows users to configure branding, colors, and text for the Tech Partners Directory pages. Each section includes options to Edit Page and Preview.

Technology Partner Directory

  • The page displays a catalog of all technology partners integrated with the software.
  • Preview: Shows a dummy page to visualize the final look.

  • Edit Page: Users can modify the following settings

  • Pages

Header: Modify the main title and branding elements.

Banner: Adjust promotional graphics and messaging.

Filters: Set up search and filtering options to enhance navigation.

Call to Action: Customize buttons and links to drive engagement

Footer: Configure contact details, social media links, and legal notices.

  • Themes

Color Theme: Change background, text, and accent colors to match branding.

Typography: Select font styles, sizes, and weights for better readability.


Technology Partner Directory Detail Page

The page provides detailed information on a specific technology partner integration.

  • Preview: Displays a dummy page.

  • Edit Page: Users can modify the following settings:

The URL from the above image is the main URL page

  • Pages: Header, Banner, Content Section (Default), Call to Action, Footer.

Content Selection: Manage text blocks, media, and data points.

  • Themes: Color Theme, Typography.


Technology Partner Application Form

This form enables partners to apply for technology partnership programs.

  • Preview: Displays a dummy page.

  • Edit Page: Users can modify the following settings:

  • Pages: Header, Banner, Form, Application Button, Footer.

Form: Define fields for name, company, inquiry type, and message.

Application Button: Customize the submission button and response handling.

  • Themes: Color Theme, Typography.


Technology Partner Info Inquiry Form

This form enables prospects and clients to request more information about integrations. 

  • Preview: Displays a dummy page.

  • Edit Page: Users can modify the following settings:

  • Pages: Header, Banner, Form, Application Button, Footer.

  • Themes: Color Theme, Typography.

Key Notes for Customize Pages

- URLs: The main URLs remain the same on both the main and edit pages. 

- Preview: Always shows a dummy page to visualize the changes before applying them.


My Tech Partners

The "My Tech Partners" section allows users to view, edit, and manage their technology partners effectively.

Page Overview

  • Page Title: "My Tech Partners"
  • Fields in the Table:

- Search: Find specific partners.

- Status: Current status of the partner.

- Company: Name of the partner company.

- Create Date: Date the partner was added.

- Offer Types: Types of offers associated with the partner.

  • Reordering Columns: An icon at the right-hand side of the table allows users to customize the column order.

Managing Partners

  • Edit Existing Partners: Use the three horizontal dots beside a partner to:

- Preview

- View Offers

- Edit Detail

- Remove from Directory


Adding a Tech Partner

Add Tech Partner: Click the "Add Tech Partner" button to open the configuration interface.


Click “Add Tech Partner” and the below tab appears

Step 1: Configuration

  • Tech Partner Name: Mandatory field to enter the partner's name.
  • Partner Name or Company Name: One of these fields must be filled. "Partner Name" is a dropdown list, while "Company Name" allows direct entry.

Note: In the "Add Tech Partner" configuration, after selecting a partner, if the partner has an associated name, the user can choose that specific partner name. If a partner name is not available, the user can select a company name. Even though the company name may not be directly linked to a partner name, an existing company connected to the partner can be chosen.

  • Tech Partner Logo: Mandatory field to upload the partner’s logo.
  • Tech Partner Hero Image/Video: Mandatory field for a featured image or video. Alternatively, users can provide a link in the Link to Video field.
  • Category: Mandatory dropdown list allowing multiple selections for categorizing the partner.
  • Toggles:
  • Is Featured?
  • Is Recommended?
  • Is Top Deal?
  • Short Description: Auto-filled based on the Tech Partner Name.
  • Description: Optional field for additional details about the partner.
  • Features: Optional field for listing partner features.

  • Additional Links:

  • Setup Guide Link

  • Book A Demo Link

  • Website Link


Step 2: Pricing & Offers

  • Trial Availability: Toggle field. If enabled, a "Trial URL" field appears for users to provide a link.

  • Pricing Options: Includes a table with the following fields:
  • Option Name
  • Price
  • Short Description
  • Features: Add multiple features by clicking the "+Add More" button.
  • Buy Now URL
  • Preview Pricing: Allows users to view how pricing information will appear.

  • Offers: Enables the creation of special offers for integrations and services.

  • Add Offer: Click "+Add Offer" to create a new offer.

  • Select Type: Mandatory field to choose between "Product" and "Service."

  • If "Service" is selected, a "Partner Company" field appears for choosing the relevant company.

  • Offer Title: Mandatory field for naming the offer.

  • Short Description: Optional field for brief details.

  • Valid Offer Period: Define the "Start Date" and "End Date."

  • Discount: Specify the discount percentage.

  • Offer Link: Provide a URL for claiming or accessing the offer.

Note: The "Offer" can also be included on the main page of the "My Tech Partners" section.






Save & Publish

Once all necessary fields are completed, users can click Save & Publish to make the partner and its details live. A preview option is also available to review the setup before finalizing.

This update adds new customizable fields to the partner application and inquiry forms. These enhancements make it easier to collect critical information during the application process, as well as streamline the integration process when a partner is added to the directory.

    • Industry Type: A dropdown or multi-select field to specify the sector the partner operates in (e.g., AI, IoT, Cloud Computing).
    • Subscription Level Selection: Partners can directly indicate their desired subscription level during the application process, rather than after being accepted into the system.
    • Lead Source: A field to capture how the partner found the directory (e.g., via referral, social media, direct search, etc.), helping administrators track marketing effectiveness.
