Overview
The dashboard is equipped with an easily navigable interface that consolidates crucial metrics, data visualizations, campaign data, partner leader board data, and tools in a singular location. Its streamlined, modular design enables users to promptly access and comprehend real-time data, thereby facilitating efficient decision-making. Customizable widgets present vital KPIs, charts, and notifications, allowing delving into specific datasets or workflows. The dashboard exhibits responsiveness, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices, and seamlessly integrates with other systems, providing a comprehensive overview of operations, performance, and trends at a glance.
Dashboard Features
The Dashboard represents interactive graphs and charts to help visualise data.
Dashboard Page Overview
- Line Graphs: Show trends over time, such as engagement spikes or dips in conversions.
- Bar Charts: Compare different campaigns or partners based on performance metrics.
- Pie Charts: Display distribution data, such as the percentage of conversions from different sources.
Icons
Enhancing Widgets with Icons
There are totally FIve widgets
1. Information Icon: Dragging the mouse to the Information icon displays an explanation of the specific title.
2. Filters Icon: Select the relevant information to view. Clicking the filter icon displays the tab below. Choose the necessary fields, click "Submit", and the chart or table will update based on the selected fields.
3. Compare Icon: The information adjusts based on the selected period in the page overview. For example, if "Quarterly" is selected, the data will be compared quarterly.
As shown in the image above, clicking the icon (highlighted in blue) displays information based on the selected period and compares it accordingly.
4. Grid/ Pie View Icon: The user can switch between "Grid" view and "Pie" view. In the image above, the view icon is set to "Grid" under the "Compare Icon" section. Clicking the "Grid" view changes the icon to "Pie" view, as shown in the image below.
As shown in the image above, clicking the "Grid" view displays the information in Grid format, and the view icon changes to "Pie" view.
Note: Users can compare and filter information simultaneously while selecting the desired view.
- Go To Referrals
Clicking the "Go To Referrals" option redirects to the Referrals page.
- Remove Widget: Clicking this button will automatically remove the relevant widget.
Filters
The "Filters" feature in the dashboard allows users to refine and customize the data displayed. This helps in analyzing specific trends and making data-driven decisions efficiently.
Add Widget
The "Add Widget" feature allows users to customize their dashboard by adding specific data widgets. Users can select from various widgets such as performance metrics, financial summaries, engagement insights, and custom charts to tailor the dashboard view to their needs. This provides a more personalized and insightful data visualization experience.
Performance Dashboard
The Performance Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of key metrics, including partner performance, referrals, and deal data. Through visualizations such as pie charts, line graphs, and regional breakdowns, users can monitor trends and gain insights to support strategic decision-making across various initiatives
Financial Dashboard
The "Financial Dashboard" focuses on revenue, payouts, and commissions. It displays total earnings, pending and completed payouts, and commission structures. This dashboard helps both providers and partners monitor their financial performance and ensure timely payments.
Engagement Dashboard
The "Engagement Dashboard" tracks user interactions with campaigns, including clicks, views, sign-ups, and partner applications. It provides insights into audience behavior and engagement levels, helping optimize marketing strategies for better reach and conversions.
Leaderboard Dashboard
A Partner Leaderboard has been introduced to help track and rank partner performance based on key metrics.
Campaign Dashboard
The Campaign Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of campaign-related performance across the PRM and Partner portals. It enables users to monitor real-time metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, partner participation, revenue, and campaign status—providing actionable insights to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Metrics Displayed
The dashboards include various performance indicators, such as:
- Engagement Metrics: Tracks interactions with the campaign, including clicks, views, and sign-ups.
- Conversion Rates: Shows how many users took the desired action (e.g., signing up, making a purchase) compared to total visitors.
- Campaign Status: Displays whether a campaign is active, pending, or completed.
- Partner Applications: Monitors the number of partners who have applied or been approved to participate in the campaign.
- Revenue and Commission Data: Provides insights into earnings, commissions distributed, and pending payouts.
Real-Time Data Tracking
The dashboard updates in real-time, ensuring that campaign managers and partners can monitor performance as it happens. This allows for quicker decision-making, such as adjusting campaign strategies, reallocating budgets, or identifying top-performing partners.
Campaign Insights Dashboard
- This is a new campaign insights dashboard is now available, offering detailed analytics on campaign performance.
- Metrics such as clicks, rewards earned, and partner engagement are now displayed directly on the Provider Card.
- Enhanced UI elements and filtering options to track CPL campaigns and recurring commissions more effectively.
