Centralized Directory Linking and Custom
A new feature, Brand Awareness, has been introduced in the Software Provider . This enhancement centralizes and unifies the functionality of previously scattered elements from multiple directories—namely AppStack Directory, Partner Program, Tech Partners, and Directory.
Earlier, each directory page included separate modules: URLs and Customize Pages. These are now merged into a single cohesive interface under Brand Awareness, improving control, visibility, and brand consistency across all external-facing pages.
This change ensures that all custom links and page designs associated with partner directories are now accessible from a single point, reducing redundancy and making the process more intuitive for software providers managing multiple partner and tech stack listings.
Brand Awareness Structure
The Brand Awareness page contains two core modules:
- Your Directory Links (previously: URLs)
- Page Builder (previously: Customize Pages)
Your Directory Links
Enables the generation of unique directory URLs using a branded subdomain. This helps software providers present a consistent brand image and gives users direct access to directories through familiar, branded links.
1. Your Subdomain
Defines the root of all generated directory links.
- Required Field
- Acts as the base URL structure for all directories
- Example: If "partners" is entered, generated URLs will appear as
partners.yourdomain.com
Subdomain Naming Guidance:
Choose a subdomain name that is short, brand-relevant, and aligned with user expectations. Ideal names are intuitive and reflect the nature of the content—e.g., “partners”, “ecosystem”, or “solutions”.
After entering the desired subdomain, selecting Save & Generate Links will display a list of fully formatted directory URLs.
2. Generated Directory Links
Displays the system-generated URLs for each directory once a subdomain is saved.

These URLs can be embedded into the software provider’s website via the menu, footer, or a dedicated section.
3. Forms Legal & Terms Links
Optional section to display legal compliance links relevant to data collection and form submissions.
Default Links include:
- Terms of Use
- Privacy Policy
- Cookies Policy
Upon subdomain creation, additional sections for each directory type appear, allowing the same three legal links to be applied specifically for:
- Partner Directory
- AppStack Directory
- Tech Partners Directory
- Partner Program
Each section can be deleted if not needed.
4. Favicons
Provides visual customization for directory URLs.
- Upload a default favicon to represent all directories
- Optionally add specific favicons for each directory
- Recommended format: PNG
Available specific favicon options:
- Partners Directory Favicon
- AppStack Directory Favicon
- Tech Partners Directory Favicon
- Partner Programs Favicon
Click + Add Specific Favicons to assign custom icons individually.
Page Builder
Offers a customizable interface to design and manage the visual presentation and layout of all partner-facing directories, landing pages, and forms. Supports brand alignment and content structuring through a visual editor.

- Design Partner Program Catalog: Creates a catalog-style view of all partner programs with customizable templates.
- Edit Application Form: Customizes the form partners use to apply for programs.
Partner Directory Pages
- Design Partner Directory: Creates an index of partner profiles.
- Design Partner Profile Page: Allows detailed customization of each partner’s profile.
- Edit Partner Application Form: Structures how partners apply to be listed.
- Edit Matchmaking Form: Builds forms where users request partner recommendations based on their needs.
AppStack Directory Pages
- Design AppStack Directory: Creates a listing of all integrated apps and software.
- Design AppStack Blog Homepage: Provides a homepage template for AppStack-related blog content.
- Design Blog Post: Customizes individual blog post templates.
- Edit Inquiry Form: Collects user inquiries regarding apps and integrations.
- Edit Contact Form: Adds a contact form for general communication or partnership requests.
Tech Partners Directory Pages
- Design Marketplace: Showcases all available technology solutions and integrations.
- Design Tech Partner Page: Provides a detailed page per technology partner.
- Edit Inquiry Form: Collects inquiries about tech integrations.
- Edit Application Form: Allows technology vendors to apply for listing or partnership.
The Brand Awareness feature in the Software Provider enables software providers to:
- Consolidate and manage external directory links via a custom subdomain
- Control the branding and compliance of links through favicon and policy link settings
- Build, design, and publish fully branded directory pages and forms from one place
