ChannelBoost Services – Partner Portal

Overview

The ChannelBoost Services page in the Partner Portal provides partners with access to all service-related interactions with the ChannelBoost team. It is divided into three key sections to help partners easily manage, track, and review service requests.

Sections Overview

The page is divided into three main sections:


1. Services

This section displays a list of all available services offered by ChannelBoost. Each service card or row may contain:

  • Service Name

  • Brief Description

  • Category/Type

  • Action Button (Buy Now)

Partners can browse through the list and initiate a service request based on their operational needs.


2. Request Raised

This section lists all the service requests that have been submitted by the partner but are still in progress or under review.

Each entry typically includes:

  • Request ID / Reference Number

  • Service Requested

  • Date Raised

  • Status (e.g., Pending, In Progress)

  • Expected Completion Time

This section helps partners monitor the progress of their open service requests and follow up if necessary.


3. Request Completed

This section provides a historical log of all completed service requests submitted by the partner.

Each entry includes:

  • Request ID

  • Service Name

  • Completion Date

  • Summary of Work Done / Notes


Useful for record-keeping, compliance, and reviewing past services for quality assurance or future planning.


Additional Notes

  • All service requests are typically timestamped and categorized for easy filtering and sorting.

  • Partners may receive email notifications when requests are updated or completed.

  • The ChannelBoost Services page may include a search bar or filter tools to help partners quickly locate specific services or requests.
