  1. What is the Coachbar Universal Directory?

The Coachbar Universal Directory is a centralized listing platform that showcases technology consultants, accountants/ bookkeepers, and service providers. It allows businesses to find and connect with experts based on industry, region, and services offered. This directory helps partners get discovered, build credibility, and generate leads through visibility on the Coachbar platform. 


  1. Should I register my account as an Account/ bookkeeper (AB), Software consultant (SC), or AB/ SC?

Currently, there are only two registration options available:

  1. Software Consultant: Choose this if your business primarily provides software consulting services.
  2. Both (Software Consultant + Accountant/ Bookkeeper): Select this if you offer both software consulting and accounting/ bookkeeping services.\

There is no standalone option for just Accountants or Bookkeepers at this time. 


  1. Can I use my own case studies or do I need to buy one from Coachbar?

Case studies must be created through Coachbar. We’ll assign a representative to interview you or your team, collect data, and develop the case study. Once completed, it will be published on the Coachbar site to help promote your services with professionally prepared content.


  1. What is a System Grid? 

A System Grid is a visual representation of software ecosystems or tech stacks used by businesses. It allows you to showcase how different tools work together across business functions. By sharing System Grdis, you demonstrate your software expertise and help potential clients evaluate the tools that best suit their needs. 


  1. Can I use archived and saved system grids to create a post?

Yes. Previously created over saved System Grids can be reused in new blog posts. This allows you to build content more efficiently and showcase past configurations that are still relevant to current audiences. 


  1. How do I get started with ChannelBoost?

Getting started with ChannelBoost is simple and free. Just sign up through the ChannelBoost web site ti create your account. Once registered, you can set uo your partner profile, configure your settings, and explore features like campaigns, rewards, and the directory. Our onboarding guides will walk you through each steps to help you get the most out of the platform. 


  1. Is there an academy where I can learn about the product?

Yes, there is! You can explore our academy to learn more about Coachbar products. Once you complete a learning module and its associated task, you’ll also receive a certificate to recognize your achievement. Check out the link below to get started.
