  1. How does the partner Directory help my business?

The Partner Directory boosts visibility for your product by connecting you with specialized partners. It enables detailed partner listings, searchable services, and filters based on geography and expertise. This helps you attract the right partners and grow your ecosystem strategically. 


  1. What is ChannelBoost?

ChannelBoost is a partner management platform built by Coachbar. It enables software providers to discover, onboard, train, manage, and reward partners. With tools for campaigns, directories, integrations, and performance tracking, it streamlines your channel operations and helps drive partner-led growth. 


  1. Does ChannelBoost integrate with other tools I already use? 

Yes. ChannelBoost integrates with tools like:

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Mailchimp
  • Slack 

These integrations help you sync partner data, manage campaigns, and automate communication within your existing systems. 


  1. What kind of analytics and performance tracking does ChannelBoost offer for campaigns and partners?

ChannelBoost provides comprehensive analytics to help you monitor both campaign effectiveness and partner performance. You can track key metrics like clicks, traffic, leads generated, deal progress, and rewards earned. Interactive dashboards and reports offer real-time insights into partner engagement, including leaderboards, campaign stats, and performance trends. These tools make it easy to identify top-performing partners and optimize your partner strategies.


  1. Can I edit the system grid detail page and individual blog pages from the SP end?

No. In the ChannelBoost Provider Portal, only the partner who owns the profile can edit the content on their System Grid detail page or individual blog pages. As a software provider, you have visibility into partner content but cannot directly modify it.  


  1. How do Partner Tiers, Providers Products, Partner Groups, and Partner Types won’t together?

These classifications work together to help structure and manage your partner ecosystem efficiently: 

  • Partner Tiers: It define levels of benefits or reward structures based on performance or engagement.
  • Provider Products: They are the actual software products offered by the provider. For example, if a company like Cin7 uses ChannelBoost, its Provider Products might be Cin7 Core and Cin7 Omni. 
  • Partner Groups: It allow you to further segment your Partner Types. For instance, within the Implementation Partner type, you could have groups like APAC Implementation Partners or Europe Implementation Partners. 
  • Partner Types: It categorize partners based on their role or relationship, such as Referral Partners or Implementation Partners.
