Overview
The Organization page provides centarlized control to manage and structure the internal setup of departments and users. It allows seamless configuration of teams, user assignments, and budgeting for each department to ensure operational visibility and accountability.
This page is divides into two primary sections: Users and Departments, each with distinct controls and functionalities tailored for administrative management.
Users Sections
The Users section displays a complete list of all organization members with associated metadata such as department affliation, roles, access levels, and usage history. This section enables quick oversight of team composition and individual access.
Available Actions:
- Customize Columns: Adjust the displayed columns to focus on relevant information.
- Import: Bulk upload user data using a standardized template, simplifying onboarding at scale.
- Add Users: Manually add new users to the organization, assigning them to the appropriate departments and roles during the process.
Use this section to monitor, onboard, or update individual or bulk user records and ensure team-level access accuracy.
Departments Section
The Departments section facilitates the setup and ingoing management of internal business units. Each department can be associated with apps, budgets, and assigned users, forming the foundation for structured team-based reporting and accountability.

- Customize Columns: Tailor the view to include necessary details such as department size, budget, or assigned apps.
- Add Departments: Create new departments and configure relevant information for alignment with organizational structure.
Department Tab Budget Management
The Newly introduced Budget Management capability within the Departments tab enables finance-aligned control of software expenditure. Admins can now define, monitor and update department-specific budgets, ensuring visibility into resource allocation and usage.
This feature consolidates ket data in one location, combining budget tracking, app assignments, and team structures for each department. It supports better planning, limits overspending, and provides accountability for department-level software investments.
Use this feature to:
- Assign and revise department budget based on fiscal goals.
- Compare allocated budget vs. actual app spend
- Review app assignments and team usage behavior in context with budgeted limits.
