Welcome to Coachbar! Our platform is designed to assist you in selecting the appropriate software, crafting successful implementation plans, and connecting with seasoned consultants. We have prepared a guide to help you set up your Coachbar account, allowing you to take full advantage of its capabilities.

Signing up for Coachbar

If you're new to Coachbar, you can explore its features by signing up for a free plan. You won't be charged anything, and there's no need to provide credit card information during the trial period.


Here is how you sign up for a free plan


Sign-up for Coachbar using Google or a business email.



Fill in the needed details and create an account.



Check your mailbox for an OTP.



Claiming a profile


Upon entering the correct OTP and clicking the "Next" button, the system will conduct a keyword search in the Coachbar database to check if any companies match the entered company name.

  • If a company profile exists in the Coachbar database, a window of relevant search results will be displayed to help select the appropriate profile to claim as one's own.
  • If a company profile is not found in Coachbar's database, it should be directed to the profile setup page.
  • If the user cannot find a relevant company profile in search results, they can create their own profile by selecting an option. This will take them to an empty Profile setup page.

Note: If you sign up with a business email, a pop-up will ask for your company name, and the same process will occur again.

Company profile

Creating a company profile is an essential task for businesses of all sizes and industries. A carefully crafted profile can be a valuable marketing tool and communication asset, providing numerous benefits. Ensuring that the information is accurate will improve your business profile and contribute to its growth. It will also help your business stand out among other software providers and consultants, positively impacting its growth.

Specialization

You now have the ability to effortlessly choose your software proficiency from our categorized list of segments. Add the softwares you are familiar with by clicking the add button. You are welcome to request additional softwares to be listed based on your preferences if they are not listed in our directory.



System Grid 

Now that you have set up your specialization, it's time to choose the expert service that best fits your business needs. System grids are essentially an ecosystem that a software consultant can create for a business. It's the environment in which a software consultant can offer their services. By using the system grid, you can establish a grid that aligns with the services you provide to small and medium-sized companies (SMBs). Our setup process is designed to be user-friendly, with an easy-to-use interface. Once created, these system grids are published on the Coachbar website, increasing visibility for SMBs and enhancing your company's profile.


Services

Here, you can list the software consulting services you provide and select the industries you specialize in. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your company profile, making it easier for small and medium-sized businesses to choose your services.


Clients

This page allows Software Consultants to add their clients, which are listed on their profile for promotion. Displaying more clients enhances the company profile.



ICP (Ideal Customer profile)


An ICP is a detailed description of the type of customer or company that is the best fit for your service. Creating ICPs will help your business identify and target the most promising prospects and focus your marketing and sales efforts more effectively.

NoteAfter completing all the profile setup stages, you can publish your profile to be listed in Coachbar's directory. You can preview how your profile will appear by clicking "Preview Profile" in each section under "Profile Setup". This is how your profile will look on our directory when fully set up.

Manage Referrals


The following list shows the available lead statuses that can be claimed. A referral refers to a lead that is suitable for the software consultant to work with, as they are potential clients.


  • Unclaimed
  • Claimed
  • Contacted
  • In Process
  • Won
  • Lost
  • Unqualified
  • Archived

The referrals displayed here are marketed and added by our team of business analysts who constantly work hard to make this possible. You can also manually include or import referrals using a CSV.

Any manually entered referrals can be deleted if not needed.

Note: All claimed referrals can be synced to your own Hubspot account and linked to the appropriate pipeline. This can be done by purchasing the "System integration" service from the Coachbar Services section. Check the Coachbar and Hubspot article for more information.

  • Change or cancel your plan at any time. It also shows you the subscription activated date and the next payment date as well
  • Purchase more credits (you can purchase an additional fifteen credits for each plan)
  • Update your payment information

Leads and Deals


In these two sections, manually add leads to your consultant profile one by one or in bulk via CSV.

My Providers

The "My Providers" module displays an "Invitations" section where software consultants can view all software providers who have invited them to collaborate. Multiple software providers can invite the same consultant for collaboration.

Settings


Users and Roles


Invite users as needed to the system.


Custom Forms


Customize the data input for when entering leads to your portal. Changes made here are reflected in the leads section when you hit the "Submit New Lead" button.


General


In this section, you can configure your provider's statuses and types. Providers refer to the software your business implements.


The type of software categories for your partnership could be ERP, HRM, Accounting, and more. Proficiency with the system is indicated by the status.


Notification


To activate notifications for specific actions performed in the system, you can enable notifications for various events and program its action by clicking the pencil icon. You have the option to choose between receiving notifications internally (bell icon) or through email. To customize the notification message, you can use the available parameters. This will help you write a suitable notification message accordingly.


Integration


Connect your Hubspot account to Coachbar for seamless data synchronization between the two systems.
