ChannelBoost by Coachbar is a powerful platform designed to accelerate your software business's growth. March 2025

  1. Campaigns - Display of Statistics on Provider Card

  • A new campaign insights dashboard is now available, offering detailed analytics on campaign performance. 

  • Metrics such as clicks, rewards earned, and partner engagement are now displayed directly on the Provider Card.

  • Enhanced UI elements and filtering options to track CPL campaigns and recurring commissions more effectively.

  1. My Partners - Import Draft Partners & Bulk Invitations

  • New bulk import functionality allows providers to upload partner data via CSV with a draft status.

  • Bulk invitation system enables sending multiple partner invitations with customizable email templates.

  • Draft partners are now displayed with clear status indicators and can be filtered for easy tracking.

  • Improvements in partner onboarding workflow streamline the approval process.

  1. Directory Management - Consolidation & Setup of Directory Links (WIP)

  • Unified management of Term of Use, Privacy Policy, and other legal links in the Directory Settings.

  • New centralized UI for managing multiple directories and generating partner-specific links.

  • Enhanced navigation and searchability for quicker access to directory settings.


  1. Co-Branding Enhancements

  • Dynamic co-branding now supports real-time asset creation with configurable placeholders for partner details.

  • Providers can upload PDFs and have time auto-populated with partner-specific branding elements.

  • Improved approval workflows allow for both simple and complex co-branding asset management. 


  1. SendGrid Integration for Improved Email Deliverability

  • Full SendGrid API key access is now required to send email from the provider’s verified domain.

  • Enhanced email reputation management ensures compliance and reduces spam risk.

  • New analytics dashboard to track email engagement, delivery success rates, and bounce reports. 


  1. Recurring Commission Models & CPL Tracking

  • New CPL campaign structures allow providers to track leads and rewards more effectively.

  • Installment-based commission payments for multi-period payouts based on configurable billing cycles. 

  • Automated commission calculations tied to partner transactions and campaign results. 


  1. UI/ UX Improvements

  • Loading indicators refined: universal spinner has been introduced for co-branded asset generation. 

  • Enhanced Partner Grid UI: Status columns have been repositioned for greater visibility. 

  • Invoice Workflows Updated: Streamlined payment processing and tracking for recurring commissions.

  • Directory Management Improvement: Simplified interface for handling partner-related policies and settings. 


  1. Risk & Mitigation Measures

  • Email sending failures may occur if the SendGrid API key is configured with restricted access. 

  • Bulk partner import issues may lead to visibility challenges if draft status is not highlighted effectively. 

  • High-volume partner operations require improved loading indicators to prevent confusion. 


  1. Tech Partners - Ability to Delete Integrations

A new feature has been introduced to allow users to delete integrations from the Tech Partners Directory. Previously, deleting integrations was restricted based on their publication status. With this update:

  • Unpublished integrations can now be deleted directly.

  • Published integrations must first be unpublished before they can be deleted.

  • If an integration has active offers, those offers must be deactivated before deletion is possible.

  • The delete button is available for directories where no active offers are present. If an integration is published, the delete option remains hidden until deactivation steps are completed.

  1. Future Enhancements

  • Expansion of email tools to include Mailchimp and Klaviyo integrations for broader communication options. 

  • Automated transaction imports and payout processing for smoother commission handling.

  • Additional refinements in UI/ UX, including partner status filtering and directory link management.

  1. Enhanced CPC Fraud Detection:

  • Implemented browser fingerprinting to differentiate between total and unique clicks, minimizing fraudulent or duplicate clicks.

  • Rewards are now calculated based on unique clicks.

  • Enabled the creation of "Cost Per Action" campaigns, allowing for tracking of specific user actions (e.g., sign-ups, purchases).

  • Configurable reward setups, with options for tier-based and non-tier-based rewards.

  • Invite friends to join ChannelBoost and earn rewards.
  • Referral Rewards:
    • Friend receives a $1000 credit toward their first annual subscription.
    • The referrer gets a $1000 credit after the friend's first purchase.

  • UI/UX enhancements, including asset preview improvements and folder category management.
